Francisco Rivero
Francisco serves as the main point of contact for all vendor relations within the group. With 20+ years in commercial, retread, and industrial tire experience, Francisco negotiates multi-faceted and lucrative programs that benefit the diverse membership of the group.
Administrative Director
Cheryl Bluman
Cheryl handles all receivables, payables, banking, rebate reporting, and payment processes. In her 10+ years with ITDG she has focused on keeping vendor reporting clean and efficient, ensuring members have up to date numbers that allow them to make informed purchasing decisions.
Business Development Representative
Chelsea Harris
Chelsea handles marketing efforts, missed purchases for members, website access, and other key elements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the members of the group. With her decades of experience in pricing, purchasing, marketing, sales, and logistics, Chelsea’s holistic overview of the industry informs her guidance on member issues.

Chris Barry
In his 20+ years of service to ITDG, Chris directs the sales force with a heavy emphasis on group culture, beneficial relationships, and long-term stability over dollars and units. His focus on sustainably growing the membership has ensured continued growth over the last two decades. Chris handles the Western Region and Key Accounts for ITDG.

Mike handles the Eastern and Central Regions for ITDG. His years of experience in tire retail, wholesale, and factory direct sales allow him to offer business development insights to drive member participation and recruitment.

Kelly’s role as Program Specialist is a relatively new role at ITDG. Her focus is on growing group revenue by helping current members to identify and implement program opportunities within ITDG. Her 20+ years in tire program sales inform her recommendations for members.
